WHAT IS A BRICK BREAK?
A Brick Break gives your team an enjoyable, relaxed way to spend time together. Using LEGO® bricks as a creative medium, we run sessions that help people have fun and get to know each other better.
The format is fully facilitated and simple enough that nobody feels lost, but challenging enough that nobody feels bored. There are individual builds, group builds, and moments of friendly competition. None of it requires skill, fitness, a particular personality type, or any familiarity with LEGO® bricks whatsoever. Everything is provided and led by us. You just need a venue with tables and your team.In a two-hour session, your team will:- Ease in through simple, low-pressure warm-up builds
- Take part in guided activities, both individually and together
- Share stories and reactions prompted by what they've madeTeams tend to leave having connected in a way that a standard team event rarely achieves. It's a good fit for away days, end-of-project celebrations, welcoming a new team, or just doing something a bit different.
